Place: Town of Dover Town Hall; 126 East Duncan Hill Road; Dover Plains, NY 12522 The property is bounded by Richard Klapkowski, Ralph Labella, John Petri, John S. Roegge, John Tangredi, Tiso Holdings, LLC, Paul C. Torres, Wingdale Materials LLC, Jerome Canzoneri, Carlos Ruben Cevallos, Michael Neuner.
