ERIE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE Legal Notice I, Carr – Yarbrough, Avanna – Lenyette a living woman on the fifteenth day, of the month of December in the year two thousand twenty five declare this NOTICE to any person, individual, or being that has any CLAIMS or LIABILTIES against ESTATES known as AVANNA LENYETTE CARR and or AVANNA LENYETTE CARR YARBROUGH along with any attachments or interest in said property located at 38 Alexander Avenue Lower Apartment, Buffalo Erie County, New York: LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF LAND: All that certain lot, tract trace or parcel of land situated in The Town of Cheektowaga, County of Erie and State of New York, being part of Lot No.33, Township 11, Range 7 of the Holland Land Company Survey and on a certain Survey made by Ellsworth Bros., surveyors and filed in the Erie County Clerk’s Office October 5, 1914, under Cover No. 928, is known and distinguished as the north 6 feet of subdivision Lot No. 163 and the south 27 feet in front and rear by 105.27 feet in depth along the north line, by 105.17 feet in depth along the south line, Alexander Avenue, west side, commencing 423 feet south of Doat Street. Cheektowaga/Buffalo of Erie County, New York are hereby noticed to come forward and make Public any such claims or liabilities within 30 days of the first Notice, after which time any and all said claims shall be null and void.
