ERIE COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE CITATION FOR ADVICE AND DIRECTION TO DETERMINE DISTRIBUTEES File No.: 2020-2574/A SURROGATE'S COURT- ERIE COUNTY CITATION THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK By the Grace of God Free and Independent TO: JASON M. STORRS, AMBER L. STORRS, JENNIFER FLANNERY, Erie County Public Administrator and to Any and all persons who are, or who claim to be heirs at law, next of kin, distributees of the decedent named below, if any such there be, all of whom and all of whose names, ages, places of residence and post office addresses are unknown to the Petitioner and cannot after due diligence used be ascertained and HON. LETITIA JAMES, Attorney General of the State of New York. A petition having been duly filed by Nicolle R. Storrs, as Administratrix of the Estate of FRANK L. STORRS, deceased, requesting advice and direction of the Court concerning the determination of the Decedent's distributees and requesting authorization for partial distributions of estate funds pending a final determination of kinship. YOU ARE HEREBY CITED TO SHOW CAUSE before the Surrogate's Court of Erie County, held at 92 Franklin Street, 2nd Floor, Buffalo, New York, on the 13th day of May, 2026, at 9:30 o'clock in the fore noon of that day, why a decree should not be made in the Estate of FRANK L. STORRS, providing advice and direction as follows: 1. Determining the distributees of the Decedent; 2. Closing the class of distributees to the Decedent's children referenced in the Petition; and 3. Authorizing the fiduciary to make partial distributions of estate funds pending final determination of kinship; and granting such other and further relief as the Court may deem just and proper.
