TOWN OF LANCASTER NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED BORROWING BY THE MILLGROVE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT TO FINANCE THE PURCHASE OF A USED FIRE TRUCK

LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Town Board of the Town of Lancaster on the 17th day of February, 2026 the said Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on the 2nd day of March, 2026 at 7:05 P.M., local time, at the Town Hall, 21 Central Avenue, Lancaster, New York, for the purposes of considering and approving the issuance of obligati on for the purchase of a used Fire Truck to be used by the Millgrove Volunteer Fire Department.

Full opportunity to be heard will be given to all citizens and any parties in interest.
