Lancaster Industrial Development Agency Public Hearing NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF LANCASTER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Lancaster Industrial Development Agency will hold a public hearing on April 28, 2026, at 9:05 a.m. at the Lancaster Town Hall, 21 Central Avenue, Lancaster, New York, to consider the following proposed financial assistance requested of the Agency. ALTEMA ENTERPRISES LLC/SEALING DEVICES INC. - Request for Agency assistance for a project having a total anticipated cost of $14,000,000.00. The Project is for the acquisition, construction and equipping of a 48,890 square foot advanced manufacturing and office facility for the manufacture of products for the aerospace, defense and space-related applications at 4400 Walden Avenue in the Town of Lancaster and the Lancaster School District. Financial Assistance to be provided includes a sales tax abatement of approximately $1,073,234 and a ten year Payment in Lieu of Tax Agreement. The Agency will present information related to this Project and application at the hearing. Persons interested may attend and will be given an opportunity during the hearing to make statements. Written comments may also be submitted to the Agency no later than April 24, 2026.
