ERIE COUNTY ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS for Reconstruction Work DEPEW - LANCASTER BOY’S AND GIRL’S CLUB 2026 REHABILITATION PROJECT AT LANCASTER BOY’S AND GIRL’S CLUB Notice is hereby given that the Board of the Depew - Lancaster Boy’s and Girl’s Club, 5440 Broadway, Lancaster, New York, 14086, herein calls the Owner will receive sealed proposals until 4 p.m. on March 12, 2026 at the Depew - Lancaster Boy’s and Girl’s Club, 60 Preston Street Depew, NY 14043 for the following Work: Installation of a Lochinvar High Efficiency Copper-Fin Boiler Model Number CBN500 supplied by installer. Installation needs to be completed within 21 days of the bid being awarded. The Bid Opening will be in the Depew location of the Boy’s and Girl’s Club and the proposals will be, at the before mentioned, date, time and place publicly opened and read. All work shall be done in accordance with project specifications displayed on the Clubs website with this bid announcement. All bidders shall be expected to keep bid prices firm for 45 days from the date of bid opening, during which time the Owner will be able to award the contracts. Plans and specifications are available on the Depew - Lancaster Boy’s and Girl’s Club website, as of February 19, 2026, for review and an onsite walkthrough of the project is available at the bidders request. Bidders will note the required conditions of employment and the minimum New York State Labor Department prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract. Consideration for Registered MWBE bidders will be given. The Board of Depew - Lancaster Boy’s and Girl’s Club reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to advertise anew, and to award a contract for the whole or such portion of the work as it determines to be in the best interest of the Club.
