Legal Notice # 21927283 NOTICE TO BIDDERS Pursuant to resolution adopted by the Town Board, The Town of Babylon, Commissioner of General Services, Division of Purchasing, will receive sealed proposals for: BID NO. 26G15 PURCHASE OF ICE WITH FREEZER FOR CEDAR BEACH MARINA until 10:00 am on THURSDAY, MARCH 5, 2026 at the Town Hall, 200 East Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, New York, 11757 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Division of Purchasing office. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed to the above address. Bids will not be accepted after 10:00 am on the date of bid opening. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED.
