VILLAGE OF ORISKANY FALLS

PUBLIC NOTICE



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular monthly meeting held on February 17, 2026, the Village of Oriskany Falls Board of Trustees adopted a resolution authorizing the expenditure of funds from the Sewer Reserve Fund, which was established on May 18, 2004.

The purpose of this expenditure is to complete repairs to the Ultraviolet Disinfection Equipment at the Village Wastewater Treatment Plant, at a cost not to exceed $10,000.

This resolution is subject to a permissive referendum in accordance with applicable provisions of New York State law.
