VILLAGE OF ORISKANY FALLS PUBLIC NOTICE For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Village of Oriskany Falls PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Oriskany Falls will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 21st 2026 at 6:15 p.m. at the Village of Oriskany Falls Village Hall, 185 North Main Street, Oriskany Falls, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Oriskany Falls and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Village Clerk’s office, 185 North Main Street, Oriskany Falls, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
