VILLAGE OF ORISKANY FALLS

PUBLIC NOTICE



WHEREAS, in accordance with the Title VIII Fair Housing Policy of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 and the fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 and,




WHEREAS, the month of April 2026 has been designated by the U.S. Department of the Housing and Urban Development’s Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity as Fair Housing Month.




NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Board of the Village of Oriskany Falls hereby declares and proclaims April as Fair Housing Month in the Village.

Brian Bell, Village Trustee, is the designated Fair Housing Officer of the Village of Oriskany Falls. If any individual or family feels that they have been discriminated against in obtaining suitable housing or housing accommodations of their choice, they can call 315-821-7275, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM. Complaint Forms are available.
