VILLAGE OF ORISKANY FALLS RFP LEGAL NOTICE - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Village of Oriskany Falls, New York NYS CDBG Community Planning Survey Grant, Project #855CP594-25 The Village of Oriskany Falls is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Grant Administration and Program Delivery Services for a CDBG Community Planning Survey (Housing Needs Survey). The project will analyze the Village's housing conditions and identify opportunities for future housing projects. M/WBE and Section 3 firms are encouraged to respond. RFP issued: January 20, 2026. Proposals due: February 17, 2026 by 4:00 PM.
