VILLAGE OF ORISKANY FALLS RFP NYS CDBG Community Planning Survey Grant, Project #855CP594-25 The Village of Oriskany Falls is requesting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide complete Housing Condition Analyses and Report plus Grant Administration for a CDBG Community Planning Survey (Housing Needs Survey). The project will analyze the Village's housing conditions and identify opportunities for future housing projects. M/WBE and Section 3 firms are encouraged to respond. RFP issued: February 19, 2026. Proposals due: March 17, 2026 by 4:00 PM.
