TOWN OF MONTGOMERY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING BOARD OF THE TOWN OF MONTGOMERY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 16 of the Town Law, as amended, and the Zoning Law of the Town of Montgomery, the Planning Board of the Town of Montgomery, New York, will hold a continued public hearing in the Carl L. Helstrom Town Government Center, 110 Bracken Road, Second Floor, Montgomery, New York on Monday the 23rd day of February, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard to consider the application of Yum and Chill Restaurant Group, Warren, NJ for a Special Use Permit and Site Plan approval for a 2200 SF fast food restaurant with a drive through. The property that is the subject of this hearing is located on the east side of NYS Rt. 208 approximately 300 feet north of Moosilauke Drive. The property is known now or formerly as tax map parcel Section 30, Block 1, Lots 15 and 16, is located in the B-1 (Regional Commercial) zoning district and contains 1.15 gross acres of land. Both parcels shall be merged into one new tax lot. The existing structures are proposed to be removed. The current street address is 2102 and 2104 Rt. 208. The application is for a Wendy's restaurant. The application, plans and supporting materials are on file and available for inspection at the offices of the Town of Montgomery Planning Board. At this hearing all persons interested will have an opportunity to be heard and any written comments will be received for the record either prior to or at the hearing. Persons may appear in person or by agent. The Planning Board of the Town of Montgomery is conducting coordinated review for this Unlisted Action per the SEQRA.
