TOWN OF GRANBY LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Town of Granby will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday March 3, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Granby Town Hall, 1909 State Rt. 3, Fulton, NY 13069 to hear a request by Gary Bartlett and Seamus Honeywell. An application for Review of Subdivision Lot Line Adjustment with SEQR will be heard in regards to the proposed Minor Subdivision of property located at 1015 State Rt 48, Fulton, NY 13069; Tax Map #270.02-1-12; # 270.02-1-13; and #270.00-3-2. All those wishing to be heard in favor of or in opposition of said application may appear in person or by other representation at said time and place.
