First St. Fulton, NY. For the purpose of considering a Use Variance request by LetmefindoutLLC a request for relief of Fulton Zoning Ordinance Article III Use Regulations 640-17, C-2A District, proposing: The owner is seeking relief from the Zoning Board of Appeals in order to allow him to use the building as his residence while operating the storefront as a business.
