TOWN OF VOLNEY PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that RFS Holdings LLC, has made application to the Zoning Board for a .398 acreage variance and a 20ft side yard variance for 906-908 Fay St, Fulton, NY 13069 and a .62 acreage variance for subdivision at 910 Fay St, Fulton, NY 13069 for the purpose of selling the house and apartment. As required by Zoning Ordinance a Public Hearing will be held at 1445 County Route 6 Fulton, NY 13069 on March 2, 2026 at 6:00 PM on the question of granting said applications, at which time and place all persons will be heard either for or against the application for variance
