PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 330 SECTION 164 – H OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHAMPTON ZONING LAW, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL LAW NO. 14 of 2022, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS WILL BE HELD ON THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2026 AT 6:00 P.M. , BOTH IN-PERSON AT SOUTHAMPTON TOWN HALL, 116 HAMPTON ROAD, SOUTHAMPTON, NEW YORK, AND VIA VIDEOCONFERENCING, TO CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:




1. NextGen Property Management, LLC (Huntington Ready Mix Concrete, Inc. – Applicant) (app#2600023) 144 Old Country Road. Remsenburg/Speonk (SCTM# 900-327-1-6), None. Remenburg/Speonk (SCTM# 900-276-2-5), Scrub Property. Remsenburg/Speonk (SCTM# 900-302-2-6), Scrub Property. Remsenburg/Speonk (SCTM# 900-276-2-1), Scrub Property. Remsenburg/Speonk (SCTM# 900-276-2-2), Scrub Property. Remsenburg/Speonk (SCTM# 900-276-2-3), Scrub Property. Remsenburg/Speonk (SCTM# 900-276-2-4), Scrub Property. Pursuant to Town Code 330-423C, applicant contests the termination date set for any and all sand mining operations and requests an additional period of time to a date the ZBA finds would provide a reasonable amortization period.




2. Westhampton Property Associates, Inc. (app#2600024) 80 Sunrise Highway, Remsenburg/Speonk (SCTM# 900-276-3-1) and Null. Westhampton (SCTM# 900-276-3-2). Pursuant to Town Code 330-423C, applicant contests the termination date set for any and all sand mining operations and requests an additional period of time to a date the ZBA finds would provide a reasonable amortization period.




Pursuant to Local Law No. 14 of 2022, the public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live, both in-person as well as via videoconferencing, and to provide comments in either format, with a transcript provided upon request.




IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION OR A CONTINUATION OF THIS HEARING, ALL APPLICATIONS NOT HEARD WILL, WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE, BE HEARD COMMENCING THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2026 AT 6:00 P.M., IN-PERSON AND VIA VIDEOCONFERENCE.




If participating via videoconferencing, the public can watch the live meeting online from the Town of Southampton’s website on the Town Clerk’s Meeting Portal, or through the Zoom App. If any interested members of the public would like to provide comments on the public hearings, comments can be submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals via mail, e-mail, or uploaded to the Town Clerk’s portal prior to the meeting, where additional and updated information on ways to view and participate will be posted. Please check the March 19, 2026 meeting agenda posted on the Town Clerk’s website as the hearing date approaches for any updated information, including the specific meeting Zoom link, and/or more detailed instructions on how to access the meeting virtually.
