NOTICE CONCERNING THE

EXAMINATION OF ASSESSMENT

INVENTORY AND VALUATION DATA




(Pursuant to Section 501 of the Real Property Tax Law)




Notice is hereby given that the assessment inventory and valuation data will be available for examination and review. This data is the information which will be used to establish the assessment of each parcel and will appear on the tentative assessment roll of the TOWN OF SOUTHAMPTON which will be filed on or before May 1st, 2026. The information may be reviewed in the Assessor’s Office at 116 Hampton Road, Southampton, New York from May 1st – 19th, 2026 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday – Friday); Thursday, May 14th, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday, May 16th 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
