PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Village of Westhampton Beach requests proposals to operate the Kayak/Canoe/Paddle Board Concession at the Village Marina for the 2026 Summer Season. The requirements to obtain a Permit for a Canoe/Kayak/Paddle Board Concession are: * Village specified insurance coverage as outlined in Permit Agreement * Permit fees to be paid by selected Vendor upon execution of the Agreement * Completion of Village Mandated Forms * A one (1) year renewable Permit will be issued to the bidder who has the proper credentials to operate a Canoe/Kayak/Paddle Board Concession, meets all requirements stated above, and provides the best financial return to the Village No proposal/bids will be accepted after Friday, March 6, 2026. Proposals may be submitted in person or by mail to: Village of Westhampton Beach 165 Mill Road, Westhampton Beach.
