PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Village of Westhampton Beach requests proposals to operate the snack bar at the Rogers Beach Pavilion for the 2026 and 2027 Summer Season. Bid packages are available at Village Hall or may be obtained electronically. Email the Village Clerk at clerk@westhamptonbeach.org to arrange electronic delivery. Interested parties should submit their proposals to the Village Clerk’s Office in the Municipal Building located at 165 Mill Road, Westhampton Beach, no later than 3:00 pm. on Friday, February 27, 2026 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
