PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Chester, New York, will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on April 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter, at the Town of Rye Justice Court Courtroom, 2nd Floor, 350 North Main Street, Port Chester, to consider the advisability of adopting a local law that would amend the Code of the Village of Port Chester to authorize a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law, Section 3-c for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Village Budget.
