NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION CASE NO. 2026-0267 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Village of Port Chester, NY will hold a public hearing on the below application on the 27rd day of April, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at 350 Main Street, Port Chester, New York, 10573. The Planning Commission will hear the application of: The Swing Loft 45 Ryan Avenue Port Chester, NY 10573 Requesting site plan approval pursuant to Section 345 (Zoning), Section 345.118A(2) & 305.805E(4)/305.805G(a)(4) of the Village of Port Chester Character-Based Code. The site plan approval is requested in connection with the application of The Swing Loft to construct an indoor sports training facility in existing warehouse space (Section 142.47-1-32) in the Village of Port Chester, classified in the Village's Character District CD-5W (Urban Center) Waterfront District, zoning district to support an indoor sports training facility. All interested parties may appear at the public hearing and may submit any comments on plan application during the public hearing or in-writing prior to the public hearing.
