Legal Notices TOWN OF EVANS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Evans on April 1, 2026, at 6:10 P.M. in the Evans Town Hall, 8787 Erie Road, Angola, New York 14006 to consider the following: Adopting the Evans Parks and Sturgeon Point Marina Master Plan. The Master Plan outlines conceptual plans and recommendations created to guide the further development of Evans’ parks, marina, and public spaces. The full document of said plan shall be available for inspection at the Evans Town Hall during normal business hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; Wednesday 9:00 a.m-5:00 p.m.) and on the Town of Evans website: www.townofevansny.gov/docs/planning-department/parks-master-plan-1 . If you would like to discuss the plan with the Planning Department, please make an appointment via email or by phone: (716) 549-0945. Residents are encouraged to attend.
