Legal Notices NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Evans will meet at the Evans Town Hall, 8787 Erie Road, Angola, New York 14006 on March 12 th 2026 at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a Public Hearing on the following appeals pursuant to Article IX of the Zoning Law of the Town, and hear all persons in favor of, or opposed to, the relief requested in said appeal: The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a Public Hearing on the following appeals pursuant to Article IX of the Zoning Law of the said Town, and hear all persons in favor of, or opposed to, the relief requested in said appeal: 1. Alyssa Maiorana of 9404 Peach St , Angola, NY 14006 is requesting to put an Addition to the northern side of the existing Single family home, in violation of the Town of Evans Zoning Law Sections 200-12(C)(1)(f)[1] Front setback minimum 25 ft. 2. Jennie Asaro of 9211 Lakeside Road Angola, NY 14006 is requesting to construct an Addition to the western side of existing Single family home in violation of the Town of Evans Zoning Law Section 200-10(C)(1)(c)[1] front yard setback minimum is 40 ft. 3. Queen City Investments, of 120 W Tupper St. Buffalo, NY 14021, is requesting to construct a Single Family Home located at 7692 Decker Rd, Derby, NY 14047, in violation of the Town of Evans Zoning Law Sections 200-8.2 (C)(1)(d), wherein the minimum side yard requirement is 35 ft for each side and applicant is proposing+/- 30.5 ft on each side and 200-8.2(C)(1)(b) wherein the minimum lot width 200 ft is required and wherein actual width is 103 ft, and 200-8.2(C)(1)(a) wherein the minimum lot area in 3 acres wherein actual lot is +/-1.9 acres .
