PURSUANT to Section 5.20 (A.2) of the Town of Horicon Zoning Law, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Horicon Planning Board will conduct the following Public Hearing on April 15, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Town of Horicon Community Center, 6604 State Route 8, Brant Lake, NY 12815.

Applicant seeks Conditional Use Approval under Section 5.20(A.2) – Land Use Regulations by Zoning District and Section 8.09(B) – Docks, Multiple Access to install a new 4’ x 30’ removable dock on a lot owned by individuals not related by blood or marriage and the lot having the capacity to provide docking or mooring facilities for more than four boats.
