NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Article V, Section E, of the Town of Horicon Sanitary Regulations, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Horicon Town Board of Health will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Horicon Community Center, 6604 State Rt. 8, Brant Lake, NY.




The Public Hearing is for a variance to install a wastewater disposal system at 10 North Sand Beach Way., Brant Lake, NY, Tax Map #55.10-1-7, which does not meet the minimum setback requirements of Article III, Section D of the Horicon Sanitary Regulations. The owner, represented by KB Engineering & Consulting, PLLC , proposes to install a wastewater disposal system (Norweco ETU) which will require the following variances:

Tank to lake high water mark – 50’ required, 39.6 proposed, variance of 10.4’

Absorption field to lake high water mark – 100’ required, 65.6’ proposed, variance of 34.4’.
