PURSUANT to Section 16.30 of the Town of Horicon Zoning Law, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Horicon Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct the following Public Hearing on March 24, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Town of Horicon Community Center, 6604 State Route 8, Brant Lake, NY 12815.

Applicant seeks an Area Variance from Section 6.10 – Schedule of Intensity and Dimensional Requirements for construction of a 2-car garage on the site of a pre-existing non-conforming garage (to be demolished).
