NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IN ACCORDANCE WITH TOWN OF QUEENSBURY ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL ORDINANCE CHAPTER 136, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN’S LOCAL BOARD OF HEALTH WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON MONDAY, MARCH 16 TH , 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE QUEENSBURY ACTIVITIES CENTER, 742 BAY ROAD, QUEENSBURY TO CONSIDER AN APPLICATION BY MORGAN GAZETOS FOR SEWAGE DISPOSAL VARIANCES to INSTALL A REPLACEMENT ON-SITE WASTEWATER SYSTEM WITH REQUESTED VARIANCES AS FOLLOWS: 1. Absorption field to be located 1’ from the property line in lieu of the required 10’ setback; 2. Absorption field to be located 72’ from Lake George line in lieu of the required 100’ setback; 3. Absorption field to be located 8’ from the dwelling in lieu of the required 20’ setback; 4. Gravity Sewer to be located 9’ from the property line in lieu of the required 10’ setback; 5. Force Main to be located 7’ from the property line in lieu of the required 10’ setback; 6. Existing site slopes to be 20% in lieu of the recommended 15%; 7. Force Main to be located 6’ from the property line in lieu of the required 10’ setback; and 8.
