PB 3/17/2026 Town of Queensbury Community Development Office 742 Bay Road, Queensbury, NY 12804 Legal Ad - Publish Saturday, March 7, 2026 Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to requirements of the Town of Queensbury Zoning Ordinance and/or Subdivision Regulations notice is given that the Town of Queensbury Planning Board will conduct a meeting / public hearing / public comment to be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 @ 7:00 PM in the Queensbury Activities Center located at 742 Bay Road to consider the applications for: 1. Site Plan 12-2026. Applicant: Matthew & Maureen Galusha. Property owner: Maureen Galusha Revocable Trust, 118 Buckbee Road in a RR-5A zone. Applicant proposes construction of a new residence with a 3,880 sq ft footprint and associated sitework. Project work includes 1.7 acres of disturbance on a site that has areas of steep slopes. The home will have three bedrooms and an attached garage. There will be a new septic system and installation of stormwater management devices required for a project with a disturbance area this size. Pursuant to chapter 179-3-040 & 179-6-060, site plan review for new construction within 50 ft of sloped 15% or greater shall be subject to Planning board review and approval.
