PB 04/21/2026 Town of Queensbury Community Development Office 742 Bay Road, Queensbury, NY 12804 Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to requirements of the Town of Queensbury Zoning Ordinance and/or Subdivision Regulations notice is given that the Town of Queensbury Planning Board will conduct a meeting / public hearing / public comment to be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 @ 7:00 PM in the Queensbury Activities Center located at 742 Bay Road to consider the applications for: 1. Site Plan 19-2026. Applicant: Matt Emerson/Burlington. Property owner: Queensbury Plaza I LLC, 756 Glen Street in a CI zone. The applicant proposes exterior alterations to unit 18A, previously Joann Fabrics. The front façade will change from green to pearly white with a gray bottom trim. Additionally, on the North side of the building, in the tenant space, a new loading dock area will be installed. Other improvements include updates to the trash enclosure area, a new West facing overhead door, building mounted light fixtures and a new West facing egress door. Pursuant to chapter 179-3-040, site plan for exterior building and façade changes shall be subject to Planning Board review and approval. Tax Map ID: 302.6-1-51.2; lot size 12.23 acres.
