Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to requirements of the Town of Queensbury Zoning Ordinance and/or Subdivision Regulations notice is given that the Town of Queensbury Planning Board will conduct a meeting / public hearing / public comment to be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 @ 7:00 PM in the Queensbury Activities Center located at 742 Bay Road to consider the applications for: 1. Site Plan 17-2026. Applicant: Jesse Boucher. Property owner: Brooks Lodge LG LLC, 2934 State Route 9L in a WR zone. The applicant proposes alterations within 50 ft of the shoreline to replace certain areas of the concrete walkway and steps. The existing home has a footprint of 1,056 sq ft, deck/porch areas of 369 sq ft, and a 144 sq ft sed. The project includes installing 464 sq ft of open deck. Pursuant to chapter 179-3-040, 179-6-050, 179-8-040 & 179-4-080, site plan for hard surfacing within 50 ft of the shoreline shall be subject to Planning Board review and approval. Tax Map ID: 239.20-1-18; lot size 0.32 acre. 2. Site Plan 18-2026. Applicant: Meghan Frazier. Property owner: Meghan Frazier, 12 Shore Acres Road in a WR zone.
