Town of Queensbury Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearings Pursuant to Section 179-14-040 of the Ordinance of the Town of Queensbury entitled: Appeals and Variances, this notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Queensbury will conduct a meeting/public hearing/public comment on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 beginning at 7:00 pm at the Queensbury Center, 742 Bay Road (reasonably accessible to persons with mobility impairment) to consider the following variance and/or appeal applications: 1. Area Variance No. 55-2025, Type: II; Frank Sinatra, Owners: Frank Sinatra, Laura Sinatra, Eugenia Vecchio Esq. - Agent: Environmental Design Partners – (Revised March 2026) Applicant plans to update the 108 sq ft patio with HexPave, and Fire Matting tiles with existing pavers to be removed. The project site received approvals in 2021 for new home of 1,533 sq ft and floor area of 2,338 sq ft with associated site work.
