NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IN ACCORDANCE WITH TOWN OF QUEENSBURY ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL ORDINANCE CHAPTER 136, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN’S LOCAL BOARD OF HEALTH WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON MONDAY, APRIL 20TH, 2026 AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE QUEENSBURY ACTIVITIES CENTER, 742 BAY ROAD, QUEENSBURY TO CONSIDER AN APPLICATION BY BIDE-A-WIE, LLC FOR SEWAGE DISPOSAL VARIANCES TO INSTALL A REPLACEMENT ON-SITE SEPTIC SYSTEM WITH REQUESTED VARIANCES AS FOLLOWS: 1. Septic Tank to be located 4’ from the house in lieu of the required 10’ setback; 2. Pump station tank to be located 4’ from the house in lieu of the required 10’ setback; 3. Absorption field toe of fill to be located 5’ from the house in lieu of the required 20’ setback; 4. Absorption field toe of fill to be located 3’ from the southerly property line in lieu of the required 10’ setback; 5. Proposed well to be located 55’ from the absorption field toe of fill in lieu of the required 100’ setback; 6. Proposed well to be located 62’ from the neighboring well in lieu of the required 100’ setback; and 7. Proposed well to be located 30’ from the septic tank in lieu of the required 50’ setback; ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10 HONEYSUCKLE LANE IN THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY (TAX MAP NO.: 226.19-2-35).
