ERIE COUNTY NOTICE OF FORMATION OF A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY LEGAL NOTICE Notice of formation of Limited Partnership (“L.P”). Name: THA Homes Limited Partnership. Certificate of Limited Partnership filed with the Secretary of State of the State of New York (“SSNY”) on February 12, 2026. N.Y. office location: Erie County. The SSNY has been designated as agent of the L.P. upon whom process against it may be served. The SSNY shall mail a copy of any process to THA Homes Limited Partnership, c/o 3D Development Group L.L.C., 4549 Main Street, Suite 100, Amherst, New York 14226.
