NOTICE OF FILING OF INTERAGENCY BANK MERGER ACT APPLICATION Ulster Savings Bank, 180 Schwenk Drive, Kingston, New York 12401, has submitted to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation an Interagency Bank Merger Act Application pursuant to Section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act to merge Ulster Interim Savings Bank II, 180 Schwenk Drive, Kingston, New York 12401, with and into Ulster Savings Bank. It is contemplated that all offices of the above-named institutions will continue to be operated following the merger.
