ORANGE COUNTY NOTICE OF FORMATION OF A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY NOTICE OF SUBSTANCE OF ARISAND LLC The Articles of Organization of ARISAND LLC were filed on April 27, 2026 with the Secretary of State of New York (SSNY). This Limited Liability Company (LLC) has an office in Orange County, New York. The SSNY is designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served. The SSNY shall mail a copy of the process to P.O. Box 14, Salisbury Mills, New York 12577.
