Arti- cles of Organization for a New York LLC, to wit, MAE'S COTTAGE BAK- ERY, LLC whose princi- pal business location is in Rensselaer County, were filed with the New York State Department of State on March 2, 2026. The Secretary of State is designated agent for service of process.
