WYOMING COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Village of Attica PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Attica will hold a Public Hearing on May 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building 9 Water Street, Attica, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Attica and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Village Clerk’s office, 9 Water Street, Attica, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.
