LEGAL NOTICE Section 106 Public Notice Po- is New York State lice/Crown Castle proposing to install a 190-foot, self-support telecommunications tower at the following location: 106 Dunning Street, Ballston Spa, Saratoga County, NY 12020. Latitude N42° 58' 20.33", Longitude W73° 47' 11”. The tower is not expected to be lit.
