LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE that pur- suant to Resolution 125- 2026 the Saratoga Coun- ty Board of Supervisors will hold a public hear- ing on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the Board can convene, in the meeting room of the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors, 40 Mc- Master Street, Ballston Spa, New York 12020 on Local Law identified as Introductory No. 4, Print No. 1 of 2026, entitled "A LOCAL LAW ADOPTING NEW SEWER USE RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SARATOGA COUNTY SEWER DISTRICT NO. 1, WHICH SHALL SUPER- SEDE AND REPLACE LO- CAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2020" TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that at this hearing, all persons wishing to speak will be heard.
