LEGAL NOTICE Notice of Completion of Tentative Assessment Roll (Pursuant to RPTL § 506) Hearing of Complaints Notice is hereby given that the assessor of the town of Milton, County of Saratoga has com- pleted the tentative as- sessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left outside of the Town of Milton Assessment of- fice at 503 Geyser Rd Ballston Spa, NY, where it may be seen and ex- amined by any inter- ested person until the fourth Tuesday in May. The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assess- ment roll on Monday 5/4/2026, 5/11/2026 Monday 8am-4pm, 5/16/2026 Saturday 8am-12pm by appoint- ment only and Thurs- day 5/14/2026 4-8pm by appointment only. 503 Geyser Rd. A pub- lication entitled "Con- test Your Assessment", and a complaint form is available from your As- sessor. The Board of Assess- ment Review will meet on Tuesday May 26th, 2026 from 4-8pm addi- tional meetings TBD, at 503 Geyser Rd Ballston Spa, NY in said (town) to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any per- son believing himself to be aggrieved.
