NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL

(PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 506 & 526 OF THE REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW)


Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of BROOKFIELD, County of Madison has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and a copy will be filed during the month of May, 2026 with the Town Clerk at the Town Office, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person.


The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll on the following days and hours:
May 7, 2026 9am – 1pm
May 14, 2026 9am – 1pm
May 21, 2026 9am – 1pm
May 23, 2026 4pm – 8pm
at the Town of Eaton Office Building, 35 Cedar St., Morrisville, NY. Meetings will be by appointment only. Please call 315-684-9052 or email brookfieldassessor@gmail.com to schedule a meeting.
The Board of Assessment Review will meet on June 5, 2026 from 4pm to 8pm at the Brookfield Town Hall, 10535 Main St., Brookfield, NY to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the written application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
