Buffalo Sewer Authority - Schedule of Sewer Rents NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Buffalo Sewer Authority in accordance with Title 8 of Article 5 of Chapter 870 of the Laws of 1939 of the State of New York, has adopted a proposed amendment to the existing Schedule of Sewer Rents. This amended schedule will remain open for inspection in the office of the Buffalo Sewer Authority, 1038 City Hall, Buffalo, New York, for thirty (30) days from the date of this notice and objections thereto may be filed during said period with the Buffalo Sewer Authority by any person conceiving himself or herself aggrieved thereby. The Buffalo Sewer Authority shall hear and examine any such complaints and may modify the proposed amended Schedule of Sewer Rents within sixty (60) days after the date of this notice. The Schedule of Sewer Rents so adopted shall thereafter be the Sewer Rents to be charged all real property served by the facilities of the Authority. April 15, 2026 Buffalo, New York.
