NOTICE OF FILING OF THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL 

(Pursuant to Section 506 and 526 of the Real Property Tax Law)




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Byron, County of Genesee, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that said roll will be filed May 1, 2026. The Tentative Assessment Roll may be viewed online at:

www.townofbyronny.gov [http://www.townofbyronny.gov]

The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Thursday, May 28, 2026 between the hours of 4:00pm- 8:00pm in the COURTROOMat 7028 Byron-Holley Road, to hear and examine all written complaints in relation to assessments on the application RP-524 of any person believing himself aggrieved.
