The tentative assessment roll is also available for viewing on the assessing unit's website-www.cantonny.gov-per requirement of RPTL section 1590(2). The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll at Canton Municipal Building-60 Main Street, Canton, NY 13617 Phone: 315-386-2595 on May 13, 2026 Hours 9:00am- 1:00pm, on May 16, 2026 Hours 9:00am - 1:00pm, on May 19, 2026 Hours 12:00pm - 4:00pm, and May 20, 2026 Hours 4:00pm - 8:00pm. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 26, between the hours of 4:00pm - 8:00pm; May 27, 2026 between the hours of 10:00am - 2:00pm; May 28, 2026, between the hours of 4:00 pm - 8:00pm; and May 29, 2026 between the hours of 10:00am - 1:00pm in said town at BOCES-40 West Main Street, Canton to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
