Notice of Completion NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL (Pursuant to Real Property Tax Law Section 506 & 526) HEARING OF COMPLAINTS Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Springport, Cayuga County, has completed the TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL for the current year, and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk at the Town Offices where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fourth Tuesday in May. The Assessors will be in attendance with the TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY on the following dates and times: Saturday May 2 nd , 9am-11am Saturday May 16 th , 9am-11am Wednesday May 20 th , 6pm-8pm Saturday May 23 rd , 9am-11am The Board of Assessment Review will meet on the following dates and time: Tuesday May 26 th , from 4pm-8pm at the Town Offices located at 859 State Route 326, Cayuga, NY 13034, in said Town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
