CAYUGA COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE Town of Summerhill Variance Board Meeting May 14, 2026 5:45 pm The Town of Summerhill Variance Board will meet on Thursday, May 14, at 5:45 pm to review Jeffery Leitch’s plan to replace a shed-type garage with a prebuilt garage. The property is located at 1211 Lake Como Rd., Cortland, NY 13045. The parcel does not allow the setbacks required by the town. All are welcome to attend and participate.
