TOWN OF CORTLANDVILLE LEGAL NOTICE PROPOSED LOCAL LAW OF 2026 A LOCAL LAW REZONING 3888, 3890 ROUTE 11 FROM THE AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO THE INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandville on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 5:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the parties may be heard, at the Raymond G. Thorpe Municipal Building located at 3577 Terrace Road, Cortland, New York, concerning the enactment of a Local Law of 2026 entitled, “A Local Law Rezoning 3888, 3890 Route 11 from the Agricultural District to the Industrial District”. The adoption of the Local Law would amend the Zoning Law and Map of the Town of Cortlandville. The application is by Emmanuel Pothos to re-classify and re-designate tax map #87.00-05-08.000, consisting of 22.2+/- acres of land located at 3888, 3890 Route 11, between US Route 11 and Interstate 81, from its present zoning classification of both I-2 (General Industrial) and AG (Agricultural) to solely I-2 (General Industrial) The text of the proposed Local Law is available for examination at the office of the Town Clerk and is also available online at cortlandville.gov. At said hearing, all persons wishing to comment on the proposed Local Law shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
