Town Of Day Notice of Completion of Tentative Assessment Roll (Pursuant to RPTL § 506) Hearing of Complaints Notice is hereby given that the assessor of the town of Day, County of Saratoga has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk at the Town Hall, 1650 N Shore Rd, Day, NY 12835 where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the first Tuesday in June. The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll at the Town Hall on May 8 and May 15 between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm, and on May 22 between the hours of 4 pm and 8 pm, and on May 30 between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm, by appointment only . A publication entitled “Contest Your Assessment”, and a complaint form is available from your Assessor. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on June 2, 2026, between the hours of 4pm and 8 pm to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
