Notice of Public Hearing Town of Dryden will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 14 at 6:15pm for the purpose of hearing public comments on the Town of Dryden’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project # 336PR9-21 in the amount of $1,250,000.00. The CDBG program is administered by the New York State Office of Community Renewal (OCR) and was made available for the 2021 program year for public infrastructure, with the principal purpose of benefiting low- and moderate-income persons. The hearing will provide further information regarding the completion of the project, with more than 95% of the funds being spent. The hearing is being conducted pursuant to Section 570.486, Subpart I of the CFR and in compliance with the requirements of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.
